  Have waited for for nearly an hour to on hold with no answer. The receptionist aren't very friendly. Have had problems with them to fax through a referral tried to get them to fax it through for 2 weeks and ended up having to hand in the referral by hand. When I brought this up I got excuses and no accountability. I love my doctor but the receptionists need a better customer service and answer the phones sooner.

  Poor policy of ceasing bulk billing for pensioners and concession card holders. As an aged pensioner, I can't afford out of pocket charges with the cost of groceries and cost of living continuing to climb. Staff remain friendly and courteous though.

  Coolangatta medical is a professional practice with a high level of customer service. My family has seen many different doctors for different reasons due to the variety of specialities they offer. Each doctor actually cares. Amazing practice! Highly recommended!

  Dr Fatemeh was very warm, nice and easy to talk! I will definitely go back to see her again. Recptionist Rachel was very nice as well. I had great experiences at the clinic.

  I saw Dr Fatemeh for the first time today with my sick infant. She was warm and kind, thorough and logical. Very grateful to have found a local GP who is a brilliant doctor an obviously enjoys what she does. Thank you to Dr Fatemeh and Coolangatta Medical Centre.

  I cannot rate this family practise highley enough, staff and Dr's together give great attention to any of your needs with specialists visiting often to save having to go elsewhere to find them, My husband and I were really impressed at the attention to details when he needed to change Dr's because of his previous Dr's retirement, and my home care provided when I needed it, I would hate to have to go anywhere else.

  Always feel welcome by reception staff, nurses and doctors. Patience is the key word for patients.
  Over and above normal care.
  Pleasantly and interestingly decorated rooms.
  Up to date with modern technology and innovate treatments, e.g. MONA Lisa touch and Wave Brilliance.
