For the past 6 years things have changed for the good! I now know that my experience will be stress free. The receptionist Sherryn is so welcoming and very good at her job and she sets the appointments so that Jamie is more often than not on time, that in itself is unusual with the medical profession and demonstrates a respect for the patients life commitments elsewhere.
I have had crowns, extractions, fillings and Jamie has been so professional and reassuring every visit. I have been so pleased with the surgery that my adult children, husband and mother are patients now. The surgery is extremely clean and cared for which is a reflection of the way things are run. Whenever we have needed an emergency appointment Sherryn has always managed to sort something out so that there is not a long wait to see a dentist.
