  We hired a moving truck and it was a pleasure to load, unload & drive.
  We fitted alot of our final stuff for our house move.
  The staff were friendly and helpful.

  Mixed feelings re this place. Great service in place of business. But spoke with a horrid woman when questioned when my $200 refund was to be showing in my account. She almost called me a lier and said it would be with 5 working days. It is now 11 working days and is still not showing. I ring Hertz and can get noone to discuss my matter with. Have left messages but no return. Previously, a few years ago, excellent service, so hope this happens again.

  Firstly before I leave this poor review I will say the two ladies at Tweed Heads were wonderful and this is no reflection on them. However if you are relying on timely delivery of a truck to move and require a truck that doesn’t need roadside assistance Hertz may not be for you. We got a discount for the late delivery as we waited an hour for it to arrive. (thank you) However when we had to wait two hours for the NRMA to fix the battery and then take two hours to buy a trolley because the one supplied was broken well a further discount would have been appreciated.
  The fact that the Roadside assistance advised to run the truck when stopped to ensure it didn’t die again meant an extra $20 in petrol; the time spent meant another day moving. What did Hertz do? Nothing.
  Poor form. The manager at Hertz Tweed Heads was rude and unapologetic The one star is for the office ladies otherwise if I could it would be no stars.

  Had a great experience and grabbed a good deal with Hertz. Online booking process was easy and the pickup process was quick. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Even when I wanted to extend my lease it was dealt without a problem. The car itself was immaculate and ran very smoothly. Will be hiring again from Hertz.
