  Very welcoming, down to earth service. Sometimes it can feel a little intimidating entering a guitar shop. I was welcome to take my time, play and try what I liked and had all questions answered, with patience and cheer. It was so nice to have space to think and test things out thoroughly. I’ve been buying instruments 25yrs but think its the most comfortable I’ve felt in a shop. There are a great range of high end brands, and the best prices are offered. I narrowed it down to two guitars and left with both. ! The service is genuine and friendly, & I’d recommend Miranda to everyone at all levels.

  The worst customer service I have experienced in my 65 years on this earth! This morning my family and I came to your shop with a budget of $2,000 to purchase a digital fully weighted keyboard with a primary emphasis upon piano. There was one salesman in the store but no other customers. The first response from your salesman was to announce that they had no keyboards under $600. We were then told that the range of sounds from the keyboards in stock was limited (even though we only wanted a piano forte sound) and he refused to offer us any examples to listen to - even though there was a pile of unopened boxes of keyboards almost filling one of the rooms. Never in my 65 years of life have I come across a salesperson so lacking in even basis service. I suspect the salesman was in fact the manager, in which case I am astonished that the business survives. Indeed, my 14 yr old daughter said when we left the shop, "When I grow up I am going to open a music shop next door to this guy so I can get all his business, because if he treats his other customers like he did us, they'll much sooner buy from me!" SO thank you for your terrible service, and we have now planned a trip further up the Gold Coast to find a music retailer that actually wants to sell us something and take our 2,000 dollars.
